A: We’ll use standard packaging material and take photos of all goods before shipment. Ple ase do not open the package if you find the outer package was damaged. Please take a photo of the damaged package and send it to us. We’ll make a solution plan for it and have a further discussion with you.

A: We usually ship goods by sea, and air transportation also can be accepted upon custom er’s request if the air freight is for customer’s account.
