MBR is a kind of new technology for waste water treatment by combining membrane separation technique with activated sludge method. It can be used for municipal sewage and industrial waste water treatment .
It also can be substitute for secondary sedimentation tank in removing suspended particles, so as to increase nitrogen removal rate and organics degradation.
Membrane Bio-reactor is a new technology for sewage & waste-water treatment application,which is a combination of membraneseparation & biochemical technologies.Hollow fiber module (in MBR sheet) separate the water from biochemical reaction tank. It is effective to separate water from mixed liquid & solid via a membrane hollow fiber with 0.1micron pore,and the activated sludge will be always stayed in the tank,so it can degrade macro-molecular organics & digest nitrogen & phosphorus etc.
Features
1. The biochemical pond adopts the biological contact oxidation method, the volume load of the filler is relatively low, the microorganism is in its own oxidation step, and the amount of sludge is small. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to drain the sludge (using a manure truck to suck or Dehydrated into mud cake for transport).
2. In addition to the conventional high-altitude exhaust air, the deodorization method of the buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is equipped with soil deodorization measures.
3. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and an equipment failure alarm system. The operation is safe and reliable. Usually, no special personnel are required to manage it. Only the equipment needs to be maintained and maintained in a timely manner.
